Studio Policies and Information

2016/2017 FEES*

~Costume Fee~$50 per student, per class(must be paid by January 1. Costume fees can not be reimbursed. Check or cash only).

Tuition can be paid monthly or in full. A 5% discount is applied when paid in full by September 12 (discount is applied at time of payment)

Sibling discounts available-2nd child gets 10%. Speciality Workshops are separate fees.

~1 class per week $78(month) $702(year)

~2 classes per week $150(month) $1350(year)

~3 classes per week $225(month) $2025(year)

~4+classes per week $300(month) $2500(year)

Adult Classes $15 per class

POLICIES
~Studio dress code is strictly enforced.
A teacher may ask a child to sit out if more than two violations occur. After three violations, The Dance Gallery will provide proper attire and the family will be charged $30 for the cost.

~No gum chewing permitted

~Hair must be neatly pulled off of face for each class

~Cell phones must be turned off during class and put away until class has ended

~Parents may wait in the waiting room quietly during class. They may watch the last five minutes of class if approved by teacher

~More than 3 absences after December will result in loss of performing opportunity in the spring

~At least two weeks notice must be given if dropping classes or 50% of monthly tuition will be charged

~Tuition is due at the first of the month. Failure to pay by the 8th will result in a $15 charge

~We require a credit card be kept on file. In the event tuition is not paid on time, the card will be charged along with a late fee.

~Students must arrive on early or on time.

~Please call or email the studio if your child will be absent

~Students are entitled to three makeup classes in the appropriate level. No refunds, deductions or credits will be made for cancelations or absences.

~Street shoes may not be worn in the studio

~Parents must park in spots that are for The Dance Gallery or metered spacing. The back lot is free parking after 4pm.

~Classes must have a minimum amount of 4 dancers. Less than that may result in a class cancellation.
